Thank you for stopping by the new Florida District Home Missions website.

I consider it an honor to work with you for the purpose of planting and growing churches in this great District.

We desire to start new churches whether they are Metro, Daughter Works or New Church plants, but we also want to ensure as much as possible that those churches that have already been started are a growing success.

I'm am reminded of Eugene Peterson's interpretation of Luke 10:2-3

Luke 10:2
2: He gave them this charge: "What a huge harvest! And how few the harvest hands. So on your knees; ask the God of the Harvest to send harvest hands.
3: "On your way! Be careful - This is hazardous work. You're like lambs in a wolf pack.

It's a joy to be on this endeavor to obey the command of God to go into the fields and work.
